AlertsUSA serves a wide array of federal, state, county and municipal law enforcement and security professionals, members of the armed services, business travelers and a multitude of average Americans. We know your time and work are important. If you are experiencing an issue with receipt of alert messages or some other aspect of our service, in most instances we can resolve problems within minutes. Give us a chance to make things right.
We ask that you start by contacting us via email at service@alertsusa.com. Please reference your full name, mobile device number and email address. You can also reach out by sending an SMS message to the 5-digit short code from which you normally receive alert messages. You can also call us at (305) 423-8768.
What is the Billing Process?
When you sign up for an AlertsUSA Premium (annual) subscription, you are billed once for a full year of the service. We DO NOT offer recurring billing on annual service plans. Most people forget anyhow, and we choose not to take advantage of this fact. Rest assured, we will keep you informed via email and SMS messages as your renewal date draws near.
When you sign up an AlertsUSA Pro (monthly recurring) subscription, you are charged for one month of the AlertsUSA service, then automatically every calendar month thereafter until you decide to cancel.
What is the Cancellation and Refund Process?
When you sign up for an AlertsUSA Premium (annual) subscription, you have up to 30 days to cancel the service for a full refund.
When you sign up for an AlertsUSA Pro (monthly recurring) subscription, you can cancel at any time and end all future billing.
